ABOUT YOU

  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

 

SOCIAL PLATFORM MARKETING MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Own design from end to end for a new product category
  • Concept development and market research
  • Create technical flats, design sheets, and colored storyboards
  • Create and edit bill of materials
  • Approve and track lab dips and bulk submits
  • Review and track fabric submit and development samples
  • Attend fittings, understand the fundamentals of fitting swimwear
  • Review, comment, and track all approvals for specs, and fabrics
  • Work with team in Nanjing to hold manufacturer accountable to T&A Calendar
  • Help with special creative projects for social, in-store events, pr and more

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3-5 years in design or garment development specific to swimwear preferred
  • Experience working with Asia
  • Must have a deep understanding of construction and fabrications
  • Expert level skill set in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A passion for startups and the desire to learn more about eCommerce
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload with direct report to meet deadlines
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
